Kii is equipped with has self-locking system so it doesn't slip off your keychain keeping it perfectly safe and protecting the Apple charging end so it's with you when you need it. To unlock Kii, push the buttons on each side to release the cap and gain access to the Apple connector end to begin charging.
A self-locking mechanism was engineered to keep Kii's cap in place, protecting the Apple connector and making sure Kii is there when you need it. Simply press the two buttons on either side of Kii on the 30-pin version or or simply lift the button on the lightning version to release the cap and gently snap it back into place when you're finished.
