The booq Viper Courier is a minimalist laptop case that comes in two sizes. It's built to protect a 13-inch MacBook Pro, 15-inch MacBook Air or the MacBook Pro depending on what model you purchase (or a PC laptops of similar dimensions). The Viper Courier is also fitted to hold the iPad, iPhone, and any other essential accessories, as well as, documents and personal items – in style.
With its slim profile, tuck-away carrying handles and removable shoulder strap, it can be comfortably carried under your arm or over the shoulder.
We had a chance to check out the Viper Courier first hand and after using it for several weeks one thing that's clear: booq makes some really nice bags. The Viper Courier looks very sleek and performs just as well as it looks. The front has a hard shell so that your laptop is protected while the inside back is softer and rests easily on your side when carrying.
As a member of the Fibre Collection, its exterior fabric is made from an innovative natural fiber fabric that has been developed exclusively for the series. Waterproof and organically dyed, the unique properties of this material with its smooth yet rugged feel allowed the booq design team to achieve an extremely light and strong product with a timeless, rugged elegance while conserving valuable resources.
There's just enough space in this bag. I wouldn't say plenty of space but if you're not a hoarder and carry around your entire collection of gadgets than the boog Viper Courier is perfect match. Inside the bag is a padded notebook compartment and a large zippered area that is lined entirely with lightweight yet durable nylon fabrics (as opposed to low-quality polyester) and is fitted with pockets for iPad and smaller items. A zippered accessory storage pocket holds items large and small. Flat items like magazines fit inside the bag's large back pocket which comes with a concealed quick-access pocket big enough to hold an iPhone (even inside a case).
These 15-inch and 13-inch bags are equipped with a removable seatbelt nylon shoulder strap and come with a metal-framed booq Terralinq serial tag which may help reunite a lost Viper courier with its owner.
